this. I really don't care some much about the stages, it's the Hp you get out of the parts you put on the car. Stages, kinda give others a clue of what you've done to the car. Some people put differrent things for each stage. Check SGP and Stillen and COZ ( I think ) web site for stages. Some gut their cats and call it a stage, is their such thing as a free stage compared to someone who went all out and got DP and TP. See so stages are for quick info on where the car is at. I see some with high flow cats and call it a stage, some list pop and UDP as two stages etc.etc.etc.
